Ishibashi Memorial Park and Ishibashi Memorial Museum
In Ishibashi Memorial Park, of the five stone bridges built over the Koto River in the late Edo period, three bridges (Nishidabashi, Koraibashi, Tamaebashi) that were not washed away due to heavy rainfall in 1993 have been relocated and preserved.
At the memorial hall, you can learn about the structure and history of the stone bridge construction with images and panels while looking at the elaborately constructed real stone bridge. In addition, the artificial river that flows under Nishidabashi and Koraibashi allows you to experience the "good old days" of playing in the river, and you can enjoy walking while watching Sakurajima from the park.
