A canyon that used to be a port for envoys to Tang in a cove. 100,000 tons of spring water springs out from the valley surrounded by cedar forests every day, and carp and rainbow trout swim. You can enjoy somen noodles all year round using this spring water. There is also a heating room so that you can enjoy cold somen in a warm room in winter as well as cool in summer, It is one of the few places in the prefecture where you can eat surrounded by the sounds of nature and seasonal plant.
